How decompression, heat and pneumatic compression fit inside a staged recovery session.

Different stimulus, different purpose

Cupping creates a suction-based decompression stimulus. Moxa-style heat work can warm and relax selected areas. Pneumatic compression supports leg recovery and down-regulation after load.

Why R2U combines them carefully

Tools are chosen based on the assessment and the client’s tolerance. A session may use cupping, heat, compression or none of them depending on what the body needs that day.

About Hijama / wet cupping
