What we collect
When you use booking, AURA or the client portal, we may collect your name, phone/WhatsApp number, selected session or journey, preferred date/time, conversation text, booking snapshots and consent records.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, confirm bookings, remember your recovery context with consent, improve session continuity and operate the RUDRA R8 platform safely.
Health and safety boundary
R2U is a recovery and performance studio. AURA provides education and movement guidance, not medical diagnosis or emergency care. Please consult a licensed medical professional for medical concerns.
Data storage
Booking and client records are stored in the platform vault database on our production server. Session working memory may use Redis. Knowledge search and semantic recall may use internal vector search. We do not sell personal data.
WhatsApp and UPI
If you contact us on WhatsApp or pay a booking deposit by UPI, those services process information under their own policies. We use them to confirm bookings and communicate with you.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete booking/contact information where legally and operationally possible. Some records may be retained for safety, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance.
